Delete your account

Ax Docs Scanner by Amionyx

You can permanently delete your Ax Docs Scanner account and its data at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open Ax Docs Scanner and sign in.
Tap the Settings icon (top right of the home screen).
Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Or ask us by email

If you can no longer use the app, email hello@amionyx.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Ax Docs Scanner account”. We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account: the email address, name and profile picture link Google shared when you signed in.
Your profile: your name and what you use the app for (Business, School/College or Personal).
Sign-in records kept by our sign-in service.

This data is removed from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

What is not affected

Your scanned documents and PDFs are never uploaded to us; they exist only on your phone. Deleting your account does not delete them. Remove them in the app, or uninstall the app, if you no longer need them.
